SCERT Haryana Deled Admission 2024-26 Re- Register Opened

SCERT Haryana Deled 2024 Re- Admission schedule released – The SCERT has released revised dates for registration of Haryana 2-year diploma course. The registration process is ongoing and candidates can apply for this application till October 27, 2024 instead of October 23, 2024.

Haryana Deled 2024 application is open. Candidates can register by October 19. Dear students, there are various courses available by which you can prepare yourself to become a government Teacher. State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) Haryana offers two-year regular Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) program for those who want to be a primary teacher in school education system. The Notification for SCERT Haryana D.EL.Ed Admission 2024-26 is released on October 14 2024. The admission for five village seats will also be made strictly on the basis of stream (Arts,
Science, Commerce and Vocational Education) reservation. The merit of the eligible
candidates of the concerned village will be prepared by the Principal concerned

Haryana DElEd Important Dates (Tentative)

Generally online Application form start from August, 2024 through online mode but this time it started on October 14 and last date is October 23

1. Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) &
2. D.El.Ed (Urdu) course

Registration & online counselling fee is Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) for General and Rs. 275/- (Rupees two Hundred Seventy Five Only) for SC,BC,EWS and differently abled category category candidates, which can be paid through debit /credit card & Net Banking (only for Axis bank a/c holder)

Candidates are advised to apply online. Application form is available on the official website https://scertharyana.gov.in/.  Candidates are advised that you must fill at least 05 institutions of admission preference for colleges of their own choice.

Candidates must follow the official notification which is available on the official website. This notification has all the complete information about course, eligibility, age criteria, application process, important dates, scheme of online entrance, syllabus, exam pattern, marking scheme, counselling, admission process etc. therefore, candidates must read this admission notification carefully.

Haryana DElEd Instructions

1. Candidates, who have already deposited application fee and did not allotted any seat need not to apply again
2. If the candidates from reserve categories are not available the seats will be converted into seats for general categories after 4^th round of merit list
3. If candidates of science, commerce and vocational stream are not available then in this case, these seats will be converted into Arts stream and vice –versa after round 4^th of merit list.

Haryana DElEd Eligibility

1. D.El.Ed (General)
2. Candidate must be a resident of Haryana or outside Haryana
3. Candidate must have qualified senior secondary examination (10+2) with at least 50% from Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani or its Equivalent examination with five subjects including passed English as one of the subject
4. There shall be a relaxation of 5%  marks in minimum qualifying marks at senior secondary examination (10+2) for SC,ST,BC,PWD
5. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit

• D.El.Ed (Urdu)
• Candidate should have passed Urdu in Secondary (10^th Class) Examination from Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani or any other recognized board having equivalence of their examinations with board of examination Haryana, Bhiwani
• A candidate having higher qualification than the required qualification will not be entitled to any additional benefit whatsoever, he or she will have to fulfill all the requisite prescribed qualification and other eligibility
• The eligibility of a candidate for admission to D.El.Ed. programme shall be verified at the time of counselling/ Admission. The medium of instruction & examination for D.El.Ed programme will be Hindi except Urdu 7 English Subjects.

Haryana DElEd Age Limit

Age of the candidates should be between 18 to 34 years to apply for the admission in the above said program

Application Fee

1. Rs. 500/- for General/EWS category
2. Rs. 275/- for SC,BC PWD

Haryana DElEd Admission Process

The admission into D.El.Ed programme will be based on the merit list released by SCERT and the merit will be prepared purely on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in 10+2 examination (Stream Wise, Arts, Science, Commerce and Vocational Streams) and the distribution of seats in each institute will be as follow:-

1. Arts Stream               = 40%
2. Commerce Stream   = 28%
3. Science Stream         = 30%
4. Vocational Stream   = 02%

Reservation of Seats

Self Finance Institution with Village Seats:-

1. Tau Devi Lal Memorial College of Education, Manana, Panipat

15% seats are reserved for outside Haryana candidates while 85% seats are reserved for the residents of Haryana. If candidates for outside Haryana seats would not filled till 4^th round of merit list then these seats will be converted in open category

If the seats in sceicne, commerce and vocational education remain vacant, then these seats will be converted into arts stream seats or vice-versa such as science to commerce or commerce to science.

Haryana DElEd Admission fee structure

The admission fee for the first year will be Rs. 25,800/- excluding Examination fee

The fee for second year will be same as per the notification (Rs. 25,800/-)

Haryana DElEd Mode of Application

The application will be accepted through the online mode from the official website of SCERT Haryana www.scertharyana.gov.in or www.dedharyana.org  . Candidates are advised that read the instructions before filling the application form and fill all the details carefully and properly such as category, stream, email, contact detail, qualifications.

Candidates must upload his or her photograph, Aadhar card number and signature on the application form. Candidates must ensure that all the details are correct before the approve button because after approval, no candidate will be able to make change their personal details. They can only edit or change the choices of institutions in application after approve.

After successfully submission of application, candidate should retain a copy of online application form.

Haryana DElEd Document Required

Candidates should bring all the original certificates or documents with attested copies of the testimonials at the time of admission or document verification along with two latest passport size photographs. Candidates should bring the following documents

1. A copy of his or her online application form and seat allotment letter
2. Attested copy of 10+2 marksheet and certificate issued by Board of School Education, Haryana Bhiwani or equivalent
3. Attested copy of Secondary certificate for proof of age and subject passing hindi/Sanskrit
4. Attested copy of caste certificate under reserve categories such as SC/ST/BC/PWD/EWS issued by competent authority
5. Attested copy of Haryana Residence certificate
6. Attested photocopy Secondary/senior secondary school certificate passing Urdu as one Subject in case of Admission under D.El.Ed (Urdu).
7. Attested copy of the certificate of good conduct (Character Certificate) issued by principal of the Institution last attended or any Gazetted officer of Haryana State.
