GATE 2025 Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should have completed or be in the final year of their Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or Master’s degree in any relevant science subject.
- Graduation degree in B.E./B.Tech./B.Arch./B. Planning or Equivalent.
- Nationality: Indian nationals as well as international candidates from Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Ethiopia, and UAE are eligible.
- Age Limit: There is no age limit for appearing in GATE.

GATE 2025 Marking Scheme
- There will be 1-mark or 2-marks for correct answer.
- Negative Marking
- For 1-Mark answer – 1/3 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
- For 2-Marks answer- 2/3 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
