Admission process is open in all IITs for MBA except IIT Jodhpur has not announced the registration dates

But few of the IITs offer Admission to Non CAT Score candidates

IIT MAdras, IIT roorkee and IIT Mandi are the institutions that also admission engineering students through Personal Interview only
