UTET 2024

UTET Admit Card 2024 Out- The Authority has released UTET Admit Card. The Exam will be held on October 24, 2024. Candidates can download the admit card by filling in their enrollment number, Date of Birth, and security pin. If candidates are unable to download the exam paper then they can download it officially on October 22 and 23, 2024.

The UBSE (Uttarakhand Board of Scholl Education) has started registration process for UTET (Uttarakhand Teacher Eligibility test) registration from July 23, 2024. Candidates can apply for UTET 2024 Application till August 17, 2024.

The Uttarakhand Teacher Eligibility Test (UTET) is a state-level examination conducted by the Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE) to determine the eligibility of candidates for teaching positions in primary (Classes I-V) and upper primary (Classes VI-VIII) schools in Uttarakhand.

What is the main purpose to conducting exam?

To fill the vacancies in the teaching post in government & private schools across the state.

UTET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

  1. For Primary Level (Classes I-V):
  2. Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).
  3. OR Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).
  4. OR Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.
  5. OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
  6. OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4-year B.A./B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed.
  7. OR Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education).
  • For Upper Primary Level (Classes VI-VIII):
  • Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).
  • OR Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).

How to Apply for UTET 2024

Step-1: Visit the official website of UBSE (https://ubse.uk.gov.in).

Step-2: Click on the “UTET 2024 Application Form” link.

Step-3: Register by providing basic details such as name, date of birth, email ID, and mobile number.

Step-4: After successful registration, a unique registration ID and password will be generated.

HOW TO FILL APPLICATION FORM:

Step-1: Log in using the registration ID and password at portal.

Step-2: Fill in personal details such as name, gender, date of birth, and category.

Step-3: Enter educational qualifications, including the name of the institution, board/university, year of passing, and percentage of marks.

Step-4: Provide address and contact details.

Step-5: Upload scanned copies of your photograph and signature in the prescribed format.

  • Photograph: Recent passport-sized photograph with a light background.
  • Signature: Clear signature on white paper with a black ink pen.

Step-6: Pay the application fee through online modes such as net banking, credit card, or debit card.
