UPNEET PG Counselling 2025: Register Online by January 13 for Medical Admissions

The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh, has commenced the registration process for the UPNEET PG Counselling 2024. Only new candidates registered on the prescribed dates and previously registered candidates will be eligible to participate in the counseling. Eligible candidates can register online until January 13, 2025, for admission to postgraduate medical and dental courses in various institutions across Uttar Pradesh. The UPNEET PG Counselling 2025 is based on the NEET PG 2025 scores, and candidates must have qualified the exam to participate in the counselling process. The counselling schedule, merit list, and seat allotment details will be announced subsequently.

Important Dates

The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh, has announced the UPNEET PG Counselling 2025 schedule. The online registration process for the counselling has begun, and candidates can register until January 13, 2025.

Who Can apply for UP NEET 2024 Counseling Registration?

• Only the candidates declared successful in the NEET PG-2024 entrance examination are eligible to participate in the counseling of UP NEET PG-2024
• Only new candidates registered on the prescribed dates and previously registered candidates will be eligible to participate in the counseling.
• The rank list will be published on NBMES New Delhi Website. 
• The registration portal is being opened due to the cut-off percentile being lowered by MCC New Delhi for online registration for all the upcoming round for eligible candidates under UP NEET PG Counseling-2024.
• There is no need for re-registration of candidates already registered for UP NEET PG-2024 counseling.
• Through NEET PG 2024 candidates will be eligible for government and Private seats. 
• Candidates whose registration fee & Security money is not deposited will not be eligible for choice filling in the Counselling process. 

Registration Fee 

The UPNEET PG Counselling 2025 is being conducted for admission to postgraduate medical and dental courses in various institutions across Uttar Pradesh. The counselling process will be based on the merit list prepared from the NEET PG 2025 scores.

Eligibility Criteria

• NEET PG 2024 Score – Candidates must have qualified the NEET PG 2024 exam.
• Uttar Pradesh Domicile – Candidates must be domicile of Uttar Pradesh.
• MBBS/BDS Degree – Candidates must have an MBBS/BDS degree from a recognized institution.

How to Register for UPNEET PG – 2024 Counselling?

Step-1: Visit on UPNEET Counselling Website. (Candidate are advised to fill the application form on their own/self on the UPNEET website and not through any agent or third party.)

Step-2: For registration, candidate will use his/her NEET-PG Roll No. & same email ID used by them during registration on NBE website for NEET PG-2024/ NEET MDS-2024 entrance examination and follow instructions on website.

Step-3: fill information like Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth etc. at the time of registration on NBE portal will be pre-populated and will be used for counselling purposes.

Step-4: There after Registration form will be displayed, candidates have to enter only his/her domicile, category, sub category, In-service (PMHS) employment status and MBBS passed from, address etc.

Step-5: Candidate will make payment of Registration fee only once of Rs. 3,000/- for 1, 2 & 3 round of counselling

Step-6: After successful submission of registration form, registration number will be generated

Step-7: During Registration process candidates will create a Password for choice filling and locking of the choices. Candidates are hereby advised not to share/disclose the password to anyone.

Step-8: Using Password candidates can login anytime at portal and check counseling status.
