UPCATET COUNSELLING 2024: Check Schedule, Documents, Process

Second Round for B.V. Sc. Counselling 2024 – The Authority will start Round -2 of counselling process for B.V. Sc. & A. H. Courses form July 09 to 10, 2024 and seat allotment result will be declared on July 14, 2024. The registration process for the first round of counselling process was conducted from June 27 to June 28. The UPCATET 2024 counselling for B.V. Sc. & A.H. courses has begun, with the first phase seat allotment already released on July 2, 2024. Candidates who have cleared the UPCATET 2024 exam need to follow the counselling process, which started on June 27, 2024 and second round will we started form July 09, 2024. Candidates must register online for counselling process and pay a non-refundable fee of INR 500.

First Round for All Other courses (B.V. Sc. & A. H. Courses Excluding) Counselling process:

First round of Counselling process for all other courses will be begun from July 21 to 23, 2024

Phase 1 (First Round) –  Registration from July 21 to 23, 2024, Choice Filling from July 22 to 24, 2024, Seat Allotment on July 31, 2024, Document Verification from August 1 to 3, 2024, and Reporting to the College from August 5 to 7, 2024.

Phase 2 (Second Round) – Registration from August 10 to 11, 2024, Choice Filling from August 11 to 12, 2024, Seat Allotment on August 19, 2024, Document Verification from August 20 to 21, 2024, and Reporting to the College from August 22 to 26, 2024.

Counselling for PhD Courses:

Phase 1 (First Round) – Registration process for Counselling will be started from August 20-24, 2024, Choice Filling from August 20-25, 2024, Seat Allotment on September 1, 2024, Document Verification from September 2-4, 2024, and Reporting from September 6-9, 2024.

Counselling for PG Courses:

Phase 1 (First Round) – Registration on July 15 to 16, 2024, Choice Filling on July 16 to 17, 2024, Seat Allotment on July 25, 2024, Document Verification from July 26 to 28, 2024, and Reporting from August 3 to 6, 2024.

Phase 2 (First Round) – Registration from August 11 to 13, 2024, Choice Filling from August 11 to 14, 2024, Seat Allotment on August 22, 2024, Document Verification from August 23 to 24, 2024, and Reporting from August 27 to 29, 2024.

UPCATET Counselling 2024 Process

1. Open your search engine and visit on the official website i.e. https://upcatet.org/
2. Click on the UP CATET Counselling Link.
3. Registration and Fee Payment – Candidates must register online and pay a non-refundable fee of INR 500.
4. Choice Filling and Locking – After registration, candidates need to fill in and lock their preferred choices for courses and colleges.
5. Seat Allotment – The results of the seat allotment are published on the official website. Candidates need to download their provisional allotment letter.
6. Document Uploading and Verification – Candidates must upload the required documents, which will be verified by the authorities. In case of discrepancies, candidates need to re-upload documents.
7. Security Fee Payment – Candidates must pay a security fee to confirm their seat.
8. Reporting to Allotted Institute – Finally, candidates need to report to the allotted institute with their documents and provisional allotment letter.
