University of Kashmir Admission 2024 for PG Diploma

University of Kashmir Admission is offering PG Diploma, Diploma and Certificate courses. Candidates interested in these programmes can apply only. The selection of a candidate for the admission to the programme shall be strictly based on the academic merit of the qualifying examinations.

Rs.400

Rs.250 for each subsequent programme

PG Diploma: Bio-Informatics, Hindi, Persian;

The students applying for PG Diploma should be graduate and having the diploma in relevant subject

b) Diploma: French, German, Russian, Sanskrit;

Eligibility course wise

Diploma in German

Passed 10+2 examination and a certificate course in German language; or ii. Passed 10+2 examination and knows German language of the level of certificate course;

Diploma in French

Passed 10+2 examination or a certificate course in French language; and ii. Diploma course in French language;

c) Certificate: French, German, Russian, Modern Spoken Persian, Sanskrit;

Certificate in French

Candidate has passed the Higher Secondary {Part II (12th class)} examination of the Jammu and Kashmir State Board of School Education or from any other recognized Board/ University;

OR

has passed Matriculation examination of the J&K State Board of School Education from any other recognized University/ Board with 3 years‟ service in respect of in service candidates where the course has relevance to the profession.

There shall be an examination called the semester examination at the end of each semester in the prescribed courses in the manner approved by the Academic Council on such dates as may be approved by the Vice Chancellor

German Certificate

has passed the Higher Secondary {Part II (12th class)} examination of the Jammu and Kashmir State Board of School Education or from any other recognized Board/ University;

OR

He  has passed Matriculation examination of the J&K State Board of School Education from any other recognized University/ Board with 3 years‟ service in respect of in service candidates where the course has relevance to the profession.

OR

Any other examination of any other University/ Board recognized as equivalent to any of the above mentioned examinations

Certificate in Sanskrit

He/She has passed the matriculation/ Higher Secondary {Part II (12th class)} examination of the Jammu and Kashmir State Board of School Education or any other recognized Board; OR b) who has passed any other examination of any other University/ Board recognized as equivalent to any of the above mentioned examinations

Certificate course in Russian

has passed the Higher Secondary {Part II (12th class)} examination of the Jammu and Kashmir State Board of School Education or from any other recognized Board/ University;

OR

has passed Matriculation examination of the J&K State Board of School Education from any other recognized University/ Board with 3 years service in respect of in service candidates where the course has relevance to the profession.

OR

Any other examination of any other University/ Board recognized as equivalent to any of the above mentioned examinations
