University of Kashmir The application for this will open on 20 May for the residents of Kashmir. The minimum qualification for this you should be graduate. The scheme is open to all candidates who has graduation degree. The number of seats available for coaching has not been disclosed as yet by the authority.

“It will provide comprehensive coaching, mentoring, study material, test series, accommodation, library facilities and internet access, all tailored to equip the aspirants with the necessary tools for holistic growth and development and ultimately their success,” Prof Khan added.
Director, CCPC, Prof Nazir Ahmad Dar, said that the entrance process for admission to the RCA will commence in the first week of July 2024.
University of Kashmir Coaching Fee
Coaching will be offered free of cost for those who are economically weak, orphans,or speciallyabled.
A nominal fee of Rs. 25000 (twenty-five thousand)/year will be charged for the rest of the aspirants.
Test
- The written test will comprise General Studies(objective type) and essay writing, following UPSC’s model. Written test will be followed by personal interview of the short-listed candidates only.
- The written test will be three hours, comprising two hours for General Studies and one hour for Essay Writing.
- The object of the test is to assess general awareness, critical thinking, logical reasoning, comprehension, and written communication
- Language of the Test- English, Hindi, and Urdu for both the objective and essay sections. v. Selection will be based solely on the cumulative merit achieved in written test and interview.
