UKSEE 2024: Application Form, Exam Date and Eligibility

The UKSEE 2024 registration process will start soon; the notification and prospectus have been released by the board. Admission is given for UG and PG courses. The candidates have to register themselves on the official website and pay the required fee. The major courses for UG and PG courses in pharmacy, hotel management, and technology courses in Uttarakhand.

Admission in BTech will be provided on the basis of JEE Main 2024 score.

UKSEE Exam 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor of Pharmacy

Candidates must have obtained individual pass marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Botany & Zoology or Mathematics both in theory and practical.

B.Pharma (Lateral Entry)

Admission into 2^nd year of B.Pharma, a candidate must pass with 60% aggregate marks in Diploma (Pharmacy-Allopathy) (2 years after 10+2) or equivalent (Diploma should be recognized by PCI)

Bachelor of Hotel Management

The candidate should have passed Class 12^th of CBSE or any other equivalent board.

Candidate must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. The aggregate will be calculated as the aggregate of best of four subjects including one language and compulsory subject

You must have passed English; either core or functional, in any case as a subject.

Bachelor of Technology

All seats are to be filled as per the norms of the State Government and on the basis of merit in JEE 2023. All the seats are to be filled under one category of fees as decided by the state Government/State Fee & Admission Committee.

B.Tech (Lateral Entry)

A candidate must have passed the three years Diploma in Engineering of State Board of Technical Education from an AICTE approved institution in the appropriate branch of engineering/technology in aggregate of all semesters.

A candidate must have passed the three years B.Sc. Degree from a recognized university and should have passed XII standard with mathematics as a subject.

Post Graduate Courses

MBA

You must have recognized Bachelor’s Degree of minimum 3 years duration.

Percentage- Obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) at the qualifying Examination.

CAT/MAT Score

Admission through counseling will be offered first to CAT / MAT qualified candidates, and if seats remain vacant candidates qualifying the entrance examination of the University UKSEE – 2022 (In order of merit) will be offered

MCA

Passed B.C.A/ B.Sc. (Computer Science)/ B.Sc. (IT) / B.E. (CSE)/ B.Tech. (CSE) / B.E. (IT) / B.Tech. (IT) or equivalent Degree.

OR

Passed any graduation degree (e.g.: B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc / B.Com. / B.A./ B. Voc./ etc.,) preferably with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation level Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying examination. ( for students having no Mathematics background compulsory bridge course will be framed by the respective University/ Institution and additional bridge courses related to computer subjects as per the norms of the concerned University).

MHM (Master of Hotel Management)

Should have passed 4 year Bachelor degree in Hotel Management

Or

3 Year Degree in relevant discipline or 3 Year Diploma in Hotel management with 2 year of Industrial Teaching experience or Graduate in any discipline with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) at the qualifying Examination.

M.Tech

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the relevant field as AICTE Norms. Obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) at the qualifying Examination.

GATE Score

Admission through counseling will be offered first to GATE qualified candidates, and if seats remain vacant candidates qualifying the entrance examination of the University UKSEE – 2022 (In order of merit) will be offered.

DOMICILE REQUIREMENTS

Those candidates who have passed/are appearing in the qualifying examination from/in other states, but have domicile of Uttarakhand are eligible to apply for admission under Uttarakhand quota.

At the time of counselling, Domicile Certificate must be produced issued by the competent authority.  *Who has passed qualifying examination from Uttarakhand Technical Board/ Universities are also eligible for lateral entry seats but will not be eligible for any reservation.
