UGC NET December 2023 result overview-The result was declared on 17 January. It was a massive exercise for NTA the exam. The exam was conducted by NTA in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode for 83 subjects spanning over 08 days in 15 shifts in 292 cities across the country for 9,45,872 candidates,06th December 2023 to 14th December 2023 & 19th December 2023

The Question Paper, Provisional Answer Key(s) and Recorded Responses of the concerned candidates were made available on the NTA website https://ugcnet.nta.ac.in from 03rd December 2023 to 05th December 2023 to invite challenges.
The challenges received were verified by the experts and results were processed as per the answer keys finalized by the experts. Results of the UGC – NET December 2023 are now hosted on https://ugcnet.nta.ac.in. Candidates can log in to the website and view/download/print their Score Card. The eligibility criteria, self-declaration, various documents, etc. of the eligible candidates shall be verified as per norms specified in the Information Bulletin of UGC – NET December 2023.
The UGC NET Dec 2023 Result will contain important details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, category, subject, marks obtained, and qualifying status. Candidates are advised to carefully check all the details mentioned in the result. In case of any discrepancies, candidates must immediately contact the NTA for rectification. The UGC NET Dec 2023 Result is a crucial step for candidates who wish to pursue a career in teaching or research. Candidates who qualify the exam will be eligible for Assistant Professorship and Junior Research Fellowship or both.

The record of UGC NET December 2023 will be preserved up to 90 days from the date of declaration of the result.

NTA released UGC NET Result 2023 cut-off marks subject-wise and category-wise. Candidates can check the details on the official website of UGC NET at ugcnet.nta.ac.in
NTA score is calculated related to the raw score secured by candidates. The calculated NTA Score for the Raw Marks for all the shifts/sessions will be merged for further processing for deciding the allocation.
