TS PECET COUNSELLING 2024: Registration Dates, Seat Allotment

The Counselling Process Expectedly to begin in July 2024. Students who have cleared their TS PECET exam they will called for counselling process. The Counselling process will be held across 2 rounds (Expectedly).  The TS PECET (Telangana State Physical Education Common Entrance Test) Counselling dates have not yet been officially announced. The TS PECET Exam was conducted from June 10 to 13, 2024.

TS PECET Counselling is a Necessary process for shortlisted candidates for the offered courses 2-years B.Ped. and D.P.Ed. (2-years) Courses at the participating col Exam was conducted on June  exam was held  to from June leges.

Required Documents for TS PECET Counselling

  1. Hall ticket Number of the Qualifying Degree- Marks Memo/ Hall ticket number of Degree.
  2. Date of Birth Certificate / SSC or Equivalent Certificate. Hall ticket No.of SSC or Equivalent examination Certificate-SSC or Equivalent Certificate.
  3. Local Status (OU/AU/SVU/Non-local) The local candidate certificate issued by MRO or competent authority.
  4. Income of Parents (income is less than Rs.1.0 lakh above 1.0 lakh and below 2.0 lakhs or more than Rs. 2.0 lakhs) – The Income certificate issued by competent authority.
  5. Category (SC, ST, BC, Etc.)-The Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority. Special Category (NCC, Sports, CAP, etc.)-The Certificate issued by competent authority.
  6. Other Information required for filling Online Application.
  7. Recent passport size digital color photograph.

TS PECET Counselling Process

The TS PECET (Telangana State Physical Education Common Entrance Test) counseling process is conducted for admissions into B.P.Ed (Bachelor of Physical Education) and D.P.Ed (Diploma in Physical Education) courses in the state of Telangana. Here’s a general outline of the process:

  1. Notification and Registration:
  2. The counseling process begins with the release of a notification by the conducting body.
  3. Eligible candidates must register online on the official TS PECET website.
  4. Document Verification:
  5. After registration, candidates are required to attend the document verification process at designated helpline centers.
  6. Candidates must bring all the necessary documents in original for verification, including educational certificates, caste certificates, domicile certificates, etc.
  7. Choice Filling:
  8. Once the documents are verified, candidates can proceed with the choice filling process.
  9. They need to log in to their account and fill in their preferences for colleges and courses.
  10. Seat Allotment:
  11. Based on the merit and preferences provided by the candidates, seats are allotted.
  12. The seat allotment results are published on the official website.
  13. Reporting to the Allotted College:
  14. Candidates who are allotted seats must download the allotment order and report to the allotted college within the specified time frame.
  15. They need to complete the admission formalities and pay the required fees to confirm their seat.
  16. Second Round of Counseling (if necessary):
  17. If there are vacant seats after the first round of counseling, a second round may be conducted.
  18. Candidates who did not get a seat in the first round or those who wish to upgrade their allotted seat can participate in the subsequent rounds.
  19. Final Admission:
  20. The final step is to complete the admission process at the respective college and start attending classes as per the schedule.
