Telangana State Engineering Common Entrance Test for Diploma Holders of Engineering/Technology/Pharmacy and for B.Sc.(Mathematics) Degree Holders. TS ECET 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates can read all the eligibility requirements below:
General Criteria
Nationality: The candidate should be an Indian Citizen.
Domicile: The candidate should be a resident of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh. Candidate must satisfy all local and non-local status requirements as specified.

Age Criteria
Candidate should be a minimum of 18 years of age. There is no upper age limit specified.
Education Qualification
Candidates must have a Diploma in Engineering/Pharmacy from the State Board of Technical Education of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh or any other Diploma relevant for admission in B.E. / B. Tech./ B. Pharmacy Courses.
OR
Candidates must have passed the 3-year B.Sc. Degree examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects in the group combination from a recognized University in the Telangana/Andhra Pradesh state or its equivalent for entry into relevant courses.
Candidates who are pursuing a Diploma under a sandwich pattern shall be eligible for B.E./B.Tech./B. Pharmacy courses provided they must ensure that their practical training is finished by the date of counselling.
Candidates should have passed a Diploma in Engineering and Technology / Pharmacy/ B.Sc (Mathematics) Degree with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) for admission into relevant courses.

Exam Pattern
- Mode of Exam: The exam is online CBT mode only.
- Duration: Three hours to solve the paper.
- Total Marks: Total 200 marks.
- Type of Questions: Multiple-choice type questions (MCQs)

- Shift: A total of two shifts will be there morning and afternoon.
- Marking Scheme: 1 mark is awarded for each correct answer.
