Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for Law: CUET is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admissions to various UG and PG programs, including law, in central and participating universities. 3. Law School Admission Test—India (LSAT—India): LSAT—India is a standardized test conducted by Pearson VUE for admission to various law colleges across India. Some private law colleges in Uttar Pradesh accept LSAT—India scores for their law programs
4. Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) Law Entrance Exam: AMU conducts its own entrance examination for admission to its BA LLB program. Candidates seeking admission to AMU’s law courses need to appear for this university-specific exam.
5. University of Lucknow LLB Entrance Exam: The University of Lucknow conducts an entrance examination (UGET) for admission to its LLB programs. Prospective students must appear for this test to secure admission to the university’s law courses.
6. Direct Admissions Based on Qualifying Examination: Some law colleges in Uttar Pradesh offer direct admissions based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination (e.g., Class 12 for 5-year integrated LLB programs or graduation for 3-year LLB programs). These colleges may not require an entrance exam and admit students based on merit.
