TNPSC Group VA Services 2024: Application Correction Window Opens November 19

The TNPSC will open Correction window after completing exam. According to official notice TNPSC Civil Services Group VA Service editing window will be opened from November 19, 2024. It noted Candidates only can edit application form till November 21, 2024. After the last date of the application Correction window period, no modification will be allowed in the online application.

TNPSC Civil Service Group VA Service 2024: Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification – Candidate must have bachelor degree and Drafting Experience for a period of not less than five years in the post of junior Assistant or Assistant or in both the posts taken together for apply to the assistant section officer.

TNPSC Group VA Services 2024: Age Criteria

Candidate maximum age is 35 years for Other, BC (OBCM)s, BCMs and MBCs/ DCs.
Maximum Age is 40 Years for SCs, SC (A)s and STs.

Who Can Use the Correction Window?

Eligibility: Only candidates who have successfully submitted their application form before the original application deadline are eligible to use the correction window. If you have missed the initial application submission, you will not be able to submit a new application during the correction period.
Candidates can use this window to modify details that were entered incorrectly or missed during the initial application submission. These include personal information, educational qualifications, contact details, and more.

What Can Be Corrected After Opening Correction Window?

The correction window allows candidates to make modifications to certain fields in their application. Some of the common fields that can be corrected include:

Personal Information – Name, Date of Birth, Gender
Educational Qualifications -Degree details, university information, year of passing
Category and Community Details -Caste category (General/OBC/SC/ST) or community corrections
Contact Details -Phone number, email address, and residential address
Uploaded Documents -Corrections to the photograph, signature, or any other uploaded documents if the quality or details were incorrect

What can be nor corrected in correction window?

However, certain fields, such as the application number and payment details, may not be editable. Candidates should carefully review which fields are eligible for correction when the window opens.

How to Make Corrections in the TNPSC Group VA Application ?

Step 1 – Visit the official TNPSC website: tnpsc.gov.in.

Step 2 -Log in using your credentials (username and password) from your One-Time Registration (OTR) account.

Step 3 -Once logged in, navigate to the “Edit Application” or “Correction Window” section.

Step 4 -Review your submitted application form and make any necessary corrections.

Step 5 -Double-check all modified information to ensure accuracy.

Step 6 -Submit the corrections and take a printout or save the updated application form for future reference.
