TG ICET 2025 – The entrance exam is conducted to offer admission in MBA and MCA courses. The exam date has been announced by Telangana council of higher education. It will be conducted in two days on June 8 and 9 2025.
This year entrance exam will be conducted by Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU)

TG ICET 2025: Eligibility
Master of Business Administration (MBA): The candidate should have passed a Bachelor Degree of minimum 3 years duration (B.A/ B.Com/ B.Sc/ BBA/ BBM/ BCA/BE / B. Tech/ B. Pharmacy/ any 3 or 4 year Degree except Oriental Languages).
Master of Computer Applications (MCA): The candidate should have passed BCA/B.Sc/ B.Com/B.A with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at graduation level
Candidates of Distance Mode program or Open Distance Learning program can also apply provided their degree should have recognition by Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC/DEB as per UGC Regulations.
The candidate must secure a minimum of 50 per cent marks in case of unreserved categories (45 per cent marks for reserved categories i.e., SC/ST/BC) in the qualifying Degree or its equivalent examination.

Exam will be conducted in two days June 8 and 9 2025
On first exam day on June 8 it will be in two shift morning and Afternoon
On Second Exam Day on June 9 it will be morning shift

For Section A – Analytical Ability: Question paper is in English & Telugu and English & Urdu ·
Section B – Mathematical Ability: Question paper is in English & Telugu and English & Urdu · For Section-C – Communication Ability: Question paper is in English only.
Qualifying Percentage
The qualifying percentage of marks in the Entrance Test is 25 per cent (i.e. 50 marks out of total of 200 marks).
However, No minimum qualifying percentage of marks is prescribed for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
TG ICET 2025: Rank
Candidates will be given State-wide ranks in the order of merit at the TSICET – 2025
For the preparation of merit list, in case more than one student scores the same ranks at TSICET, the tie will be resolved as follows:
i. By considering the marks scored in Section-A ii. If the tie persists, marks obtained by a student in Section-B will be taken into consideration. iii. If the tie still persists, the tie will be resolved by taking into account the age of the candidate giving the priority to older candidate. • Rank obtained in TSICET – 2025 is valid for the Academic Year 2025-256 only
