Tata IPL Women’s Premier League set to begin this month

Tata IPL Women’s Premier League is back and it will kick off on February 14 on Friday. The last time defending champion Royal Challengers Bengaluru is facing Gujrat Giants in its first.  There are four venues which is most in WPL history.

The 2025 edition will include 20 group-stage matches, followed by two knockout games, culminating in the final on Saturday, March 15

WPL 2025 Format

How the tournament will go?

WPL 2025 retains traditional round-robin format, followed by the knockout stage. Each of the five participating teams will face the other teams twice during the round-robin phase, earning two points for a win. If a match is abandoned, both teams will receive one point each.
