The Staff Selection Commission has Released the admit card for the SSC GD Re-Exam on the official website of SSC i.e. ssc.gov.in The SSC GD re-exam will be conducted on 30-March, 2024.To Download the SSC GD Admit Card Candidates Must Log in Using their Registration Number and Passwords.

 SSC GD 2024 Introduction SSC GD refers to the Staff Selection Commission’s General Duty exam. It is a recruitment examination conducted by the SSC for the selection of candidates in various paramilitary forces such as BSF, CISF, ITBP, CRPF, and SSB. The exam is for the post of Constable (General Duty), and candidates undergo a selection process that includes a written examination, physical efficiency test (PET), physical standard test (PST), and medical examination.

The successful candidates are then recommended for appointment to the respective paramilitary forces based on their performance in these stages. The SSC GD Admit card 2024 and exam aims to ensure the selection of physically fit and capable individuals for the role of Constable (General Duty) in these important security forces.

SSC GD Admit card 2024 Selection Process-

The selection process contains 5 steps

1.Computer-Based Examination: Candidates undergo an initial computer-based examination to assess their subject knowledge and skills. The duration for the CBE is 60 minutes

2. Physical Standard Test: Successful candidates move on to a Physical Standard Test, ensuring they meet specified physical requirements for the position.

3.Physical Efficiency Test: Following the Physical Standard Test, candidates take a Physical Efficiency Test, assessing their ability to meet physical standards and perform job-related tasks.

Physical Efficiency Test eligibility 

1.Running –

For males – 5 km in 24 min

For females – 1.6 km in 8 min

2. Height

For Male- 170 cm

For Female – 157 cm

3. Chest

For males- 80 cm

For females- N/A

4.Medical Examination: Candidates who pass the Physical Efficiency Test undergo a thorough medical examination to confirm adherence to health standards

5.Document Verification: Finally, successful candidates undergo Document Verification, where their educational and relevant documents are scrutinized for accuracy.
