SITEEE Symbiosis Engineering Entrance. SITEEE is an engineering-specific entrance exam conducted by Symbiosis Institute of Technology (SIT) for admission to its B.Tech courses. The exam is designed to assess the knowledge and skills of candidates in the fields of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. SITEEE is an important exam for students who aspire to pursue their engineering studies at SIT, as it is the primary criterion for admission.
Symbiosis a deemed to be a university based in Pune that has campuses spread across India and conducts engineering entrance exams every year for admission into B.Tech programmes in its two campuses namely Pune and Nagpur.
In order to be admitted into the B.Tech programs available at Symbiosis International (Deemed University), candidates are required to participate in a computer-based test (CBT) that is both common and mandatory.

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of Chemistry/Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subjects. Obtained at least 45% marks or equivalent grade (40% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste /Scheduled Tribes) in the above subjects taken together.
Previously known as SET, this entrance exam was renamed in 2018 as the SIT Engineering Entrance Exam (SITEEE). The test is conducted in CBT mode in several cities throughout India. In order to pursue a desired program, a candidate must first register with the institute(s) of their choosing by submitting separate registration fees for each individual program. Once registered, the candidate will be evaluated and, if deemed a potential fit, will be required to attend the admission process conducted by each institute separately.
The exam is conducted in two slots in May with a gap of one week in these two dates if one exam is conducted on May 6 then another will take place on 13 or 14 May

Admission through Other Exams
Symbiosis Institute also takes admission through JEE Mains/MHT-CET/other state-level entrance tests. It is important to note that if a candidate applies for admission through a test other than SITEEE then he/she has to apply directly to the concerned institute. There is no need to register for SITEEE for these candidates who are using JEE Mains/MHTCET/Other state-level entrance exams.
