The Department of Social Justice and Empowerment under Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment Government of India has entrusted the responsibility of conducting the SHRESHTA (NETS) Entrance Examination to NTA.
The paper will be based on NCERT syllabus of class VIII for admission in class IX and class X syllabus for admission in class XI
Eligibility
Student must belong to scheduled castes, studying in class 8th and 10th in the current academic year (2024-25).
The annual income should not be more than Rs. 2.5 lacs.
Candidate opting for class IX should be born between 01-04-2009 to 31-03-2013 (i.e. 16 to 12 years of age as on 31.03.2025)
