Punjab Police Recruitment 2024 Notification Out 1746 Posts Out

Punjab police constable has released an online notification for the post of police constable in the district and armed Cadre of Punjab Police 2024. The application window will open on March 14, 2024, and the last date for the online application is April 4, 2024, until 11:55 PM. Eligible and interested candidates can apply on March 14, 2024.

PAY SCALE:

• The pay scale of the post-Constable is Rs. 19,900/-.
• minimum pay admissible of Rs. 19,900 per month for three years from the date of joining in service.

AGE CRITERIA: 18-years as on 1-January 2024

• Minimum age: 18-years.
• Maximum age: 28-years.

(5-years Age Relaxation is available for SC/BC)

• 10+2/Equivalent from recognized Education Board/University.
• Minimum qualification For Ex-Servicemen shall be Matriculation.

MARKING SCHEME:

• Every question carry one (01) marks.
• No negative marking.

QUALIFYING MARKS:
CBT (Paper-1):

• For SC/BC/EWS/Ex-servicemen –35 % minimum score.
• For Other Categories – 40% minimum score.

 CBT (Paper-2):

• For all categories 50% minimum score in required.

9. On the completion of all the steps mentioned above, an auto-generated mail will be sent to the candidate’s email ID.
