NUMBER OF SEATS:

• Total Seats for Power Plant Engineering – 360 seats (60 seats for each NPTI Institute).
• Total Seats for 9 months PGDC in Hydro Power Plant Engineering – 60 seats in NPTI Nangal Institute.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualifying Degree/Provisional Degree Certificate issued by the University.
• B.Tech. /B.E. or its Equivalents with minimum 60% marks.

Registration fee- Rs. 500/-

Admission Fee:

1. COURSE FEE DETAILS FOR 1 YEAR PGDC
2. Course fee for the Non – Sponsored candidates.
3. Total fee – Rs. 2,30,000/- plus GST@18% per participant with following details

(Counselling fee – Rs. 23, 600/- , 1^st Installment – 1,18,000/- (Only 50% Refundable), 2^nd Allotment – 1, 29,800/- (Non – Refundable)).

• Course fee for the sponsored candidates
• Total Fee – Rs. 3,60,000/- plus GST@18% per participant with following details:

(Counselling Fee – Rs. 23, 600, at the time of reporting/joining – Rs. 4,01,200/- (Non-Refundable)).

• Course fee for International Candidates
• US$ 20,000* (plus GST@18%) (nonrefundable)

(10% to be deposited at the time of Counselling for confirmation of admission and balance at the time of joining).

• COURSE FEE DETAILS FOR 9 MONTHS PGDC (Hydro)
• Course fee for the Nonsponsored candidates
• Rs. 1,75,000/- plus GST@18% per participant with following details

(Counselling Fee- Rs. 23,600/-, 1^st installment Course fee – Rs. 94, 400/- (50% Refundable), 2^nd Installment – Rs. 88,500/- (Non- Refundable)).

• Course fee for the sponsored candidates
• Rs. 2,00,000/- plus GST@18% per participant with following details

(Counselling fee – Rs. 23, 600/- (non-refundable), pay at the time of reporting/joining the allocated institute – Rs. 2, 12, 400/-)

Documents Required for Counselling Process

1. 10^th / 12^th Marks sheets & Certificates
2. Photo ID Proof Issued by Govt.
3. Provisional degree and Certificates.
4. All semester Marks sheets of B.E. / B.Tech. or Equivalent issued by the university.
5. Cast Certificates (SC/ ST/ OBC) and non- Creamy layer for OBC candidates.
6. E-Payment of Rs. 23, 600/-(non – refundable) through SBI Collect only. The amount is part of Admission Fee & confirmation of Admission at the time of counselling.
7. Sponsorship letter on organization letter head.
8. Recently taken Passport size photos
9. Medical fitness certificate by authorized Medical Practitioner.
