OUAT PG 2024: Eligibility, Application & Selection Criteria

Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology has commences registration Process fror OUAT PG on May 20, 2024 for Post Graduate and Doctoral Programmes. Online Registration for PG and Doctoral Programme is ongoing. Interested and Eligible candidates can Apply till June 20, 2024. The entrance examination for Master’s programme will be held online in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode and the entrance test for Doctoral Programme (Ph. D) will be held in offline mode.

• Application Fee for All candidates is Rs. 1500.00/-  (Bank Charges is Specified by the bank depending upon the mode of payment)
• Fee Accepted Only Online Mode.

REQUIRED MARKS IN ACADMIC PROGRAM:

• General Category – 60% marks
• SC/ST/PWD/Kashmiri Migrant/ Kashmiri Pandit (Non-Migrants)/ Kashmiri Hindu Families (Non- Migrants Categories) – 50% marks.

• Voter ID Card
• Driving License
• PAN Card
• Student Identify Card with Photograph issued by the college last attended.
• Passport
• Adhar Card (with recent Photograph)

How to Apply for OUAT PG

Step-1: Open your search engine and visit on the official website i.e. www.ouat.ac.in

Step-2: At homepage Click on Admission section and after click on Candidate Login.

Step-3:  Click on Student log in for Online Application for Post Graduate Programme- 2024

Step-4: If Candidate are not Registered at Portal firstly register your self for further process.

Step-5: Candidate Must login with correct E-mail ID, Mobile Number. (OTP will be send your Number and Email Id Separately).

Step -6: Now Window for apply this application is appeared on your screen. Click on “Apply Link.”

Step-7: Upload all Required scan documents. Upload his/her recent passport size colour photograph.

Step -8: Pay Application fee.

Step-9: Submit Your Application and Take a Printout for future references.

RESERVATION OF SEATS:

• Eight per cent (8%) and twelve per cent (12%) of seats excluding ICAR seats are reserved for SC for ST candidates, respectively in each department

ADMIT CARD:

The entrance examination will be held in CBT mode for Master’s programme and the entrance examination for doctoral programme (Ph. D) will be held in offline mode on 18.07.2024 and for Veterinary Science will be held on 20.10.2024 and the admit card will be available from 06.07.2024 and 08.10.2024 respectively. The examination will be held in Bhubaneswar only. The Admit Card can be downloaded from OUAT website (www.ouat.ac.in) following the procedure given in Annexure- XI. The candidate must bring the Admit card with original identity proof to the Examination Centre for verification. Without admit card and original ID proof, the candidate will not be allowed into the examination hall and hence, will be debarred from appearing the entrance examination.
