The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has released a Corrigendum Notification for the recruitment of Assistant Professors in various disciplines. The recruitment drive aims to fill 75 vacancies in different subjects. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the OPSC Assistant Professor Recruitment 2025 from January 18, 2025. The Previous dates for registration is March 27, to April 26, 2024 and Previous Vacancies was 65. Now, This application form is reopened for filling total of 75 vacancies for the post of Assistant Professor in the Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology, Sarang, Parala Maharaja Engineering College, Berhampur & Govt. College of Engineering, Keonjhar under Skill Development and Technical Education Department.

Written Test Exam Pattern
The Written Test exam pattern will be same as GATE Syllabus for Engineering / Technology and NET Syllabus for Basic Science and Humanities/ Management / MCA.

Written Exam Pattern
- All Questions will be MCQ Type
- The Exam will consist 200 marks and Viva Voce Test will be 25 marks.
- Total Number of Question In Question Paper- 100 Question.
- There Shall be 2 marks for each correct answer.
- Exam Duration – 2 hours 30 minutes.
- Negative Marking – 25% marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- Objective type Written Test will be conducted by the commission for short listing the candidates for the interview in the ration of 1:4
- The Written Examination shall be of Objective type Multiple Choice question (MCQ) Pattern Consisting of 200 marks and VIVA Voce Test Shall Carry 25 marks.
