The Odisha Government will launch the Free Civil Service Coaching Scheme 2025. The Registration process for this starts in the month of March2025. This scheme offers free UPSC Coaching to eligible candidates, Providing them with expert guidance, Study Materials and personalized mentorship. The registration process will be started in the month of February 2025. The Exam will be conducted in the month of May, 2025

Odisha Free Civil Service Coaching Scheme 2025, Selection of Candidates
The Odisha Government’s free civil service coaching scheme 2025 will select candidates through the Entrance test. The Entrance test will be conducted by state selection Board, Higher Education Department, for availing Coaching.
Minimum Qualifying Marks in Exam is 33%
The Odisha Government’s Free Civil Service Coaching Scheme 2025 has set the minimum qualifying marks for the entrance examination at 33%. This scheme aims to provide free coaching to 200 UPSC aspirant.
Who are eligible to apply?
To be eligible for the scheme, candidates must be permanent domiciles of Odisha. The entrance examination will have two sections: Section A and Section B. Section B will be a qualifying paper with minimum qualifying marks fixed at 33%.
- Candidates must be a permanent domicile of Odisha.
- Educational Qualification – Graduation Degree in any discipline or equivalent Qualification.
- The Age Limit – Candidates minimum age must be 21 to 30 years as on February 01, 2025.
- 5 -years age relaxation for SC / ST Candidates.
- 3 – years OBC / Socially and Economically Backward Classes.
Marking Scheme
- The Examination will be conducted Offline.
- The Duration of the examination will be 2 (two).
- The entrance examination will be consisted of one paper of Objective Type.
- There shall be total of 200 marks.
- Negative Marking – 0.5 marks will be deducted for each wrong mark.
- There will be two sections, Sections, Section – A (General Studie), Section -B (Aptitude Test Based).
Odisha Free Civil Service Coaching Scheme 2025 Examination Center
The entrance examination will be conducted in each of the 5 regional directorates of education zones of the state, i.e. Berhampur, Bhubaneswar, Balasore, Jeypore and Sambalpur. This written entrance test may also be conducted to assess the candidates aptitude and knowledge. Selected candidates will receive free UPSC coaching, mentorship, and support.
