List of NIRF Innovation Rank- This year the NIRF Innovation ranking released. This year IIT Bombay topped the list while IIT Kanpur has slipped to the fifth postiion which was on Number 1 position in 2023. This year other than IIT which managed its position in Top 10 is Anna University.
NIT and IIIT are out of top 10 position this year. IIT Bombay which was on No 7 postion climbed to No.1 position.This category was included last year by NIRF. Only 10 institute could make it to the list. The IIT Kanpur had topped the list last year followed by IIT Madras and IIT Hyderabad.
It will be interesting to see the rank of these institute. Indian institute of Science has been on the 6 place in the ranking though it is known for its research.
IIIT Kancheepuram ranked on 8 position for its invocation category.
There is no special parameter defined by the MOE to rank the institutions in the ranking
