The National Institute of Technology (NIT) is set to announce the registration dates for NIMCET 2025 on March 06, 2025, tentatively. NIMAT 2025 will be conducted in the month of June and it is conducted in online mode only.
The NIMCET (NIT MCA Common Entrance Test) is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the National Institute of Technology (NITs) for admission to the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) program. The exam is held annually, with the latest edition being NIMCET 2025 The test is conducted online with 120 minutes duration of exam. The MCA programme is offered by NITs at Agartala, Allahabad, Bhopal, Jamshedpur, Kurukshetra, Raipur, Surathkal, Tiruchirappall, Patna and Warangal. The admission into the MCA programme for the year 2025-26 in the above 10 NITs is based on the Rank obtained in NIMCET-2025 only.
