NFAT 2025 Forensic Science Entrance Test: The application process has started for admission to the academic year 2025-26. Admission is offered in various courses at the university and not all courses require NFAT 2025 entrance test score. We have mentioned at the bottom of this article the courses offered through NFAT 2025 and the national-level test.
The National Forensic Admission Test is the entrance examination conducted by the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) for admissions into various undergraduate and postgraduate programs. As of March 18, 2025, the official notification for NFAT 2025 has been released.
Tentative Dates for NFAT 2025
- Application Start Date: March 18, 2025
- Application Deadline: May 5, 2025
- Admit Card Release: One week before the exam
- Exam Dates: June 2025
- Result Declaration: July 2025
- Counseling Sessions: August 2025

NFAT 2025 Forensic Science: Application Process
Once the application portal opens, candidates can apply online through the official NFSU admission portal: https://nfsu.ac.in/admission. The application fee varies between INR 1,000 to 2,000, depending on the chosen program.
Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate Programs: Applicants should have completed their 10+2 education with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized board.
- Postgraduate Programs: Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 55% marks
Exam Pattern
The NFAT is a computer-based test (CBT) comprising 100 multiple-choice questions to be answered within 90 minutes. The marking scheme is as followsCorrect Answer: +1 markIncorrect Answer: -1 mark
