NEET UG 2025 Exam city Intimation slip released by NTA for the exam that will be conducted on 4 May 2025. It is important to note that this is not admit card, its exam center intimation slip that was released by NTA. The city intimation slip was released little earlier as it was expected that the slip will be released on 26 April

Admit Card

NEET UG 2025 Exam City intimation slip released

The admit card will be released for NEET UG candidates for their entry to examination hall. It is expected to be released four or five days before the exam.

Exam Day Instruction

Candidates appearing in NEET UG 2025 must note that there are some banned item that a candidate is not allowed to carry inside the examination centre. All electronic items are banned.

Reporting at exam centre

  • 1:15 PM: Sitting in the examination room begins.
  • 1:30 PM to 1:45 PM: Announcement of important instructions and admit card checking by invigilators.
  • 1:45 PM: Distribution of test booklets.
  • 1:50 PM: Candidates fill in particulars on the test booklet.
  • 2:00 PM: Examination starts.
  • 5:00 PM: Examination concludes15.

Permitted documents

  • Printed copy of NEET UG 2025 admit card (with a passport-size photograph affixed as uploaded during registration).
  • One additional passport-size photograph (same as uploaded).
  • Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, etc.).
  • PwD certificate (if applicable)21.

Dress Code

  • Wear light-coloured clothes with half sleeves only; long sleeves are not permitted.
  • Clothes should not have big buttons, embroidery, or pockets.
  • Only sandals or slippers with low heels are allowed; shoes and high heels are strictly prohibited.
  • Avoid wearing jewelry, metallic accessories, or any kind of ornament.
  • Candidates with religious attire must indicate this on their application and report an hour earlier for screening12.

Prohibited Items

  • Electronic devices: mobile phones, smart watches, calculators, earphones, Bluetooth devices, etc.
  • Stationery: pens, pencils, erasers, rulers, paper, or any written material (all required stationery will be provided at the centre).
  • Bags, wallets, purses, caps, sunglasses.
  • Food, beverages, water bottles (unless medically required with prior permission).
  • Any kind of jewelry or metallic items

General Instructions

  • Every student will occupy their designated seat as per the roll number.
  • Candidates will be frisked at the entrance using metal detectors.
  • No facility for safekeeping of personal belongings is provided at the centre.
  • Candidates must maintain discipline and follow all instructions given by the invigilators.
  • Candidates must face the camera for video recording when required.
  • Details must be filled correctly on both sides of the OMR answer sheet.
  • Any violation of rules may result in disqualification from the exam126..

Special Condition

  • If you have a medical condition requiring medication or special food, inform the authorities beforehand and carry relevant medical documents2.
