NCHM JEE 2025 Registration Begins: Check Dates, Eligibility, Fees & Correction Window

The National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) has started online registration process form December 16, 2024. The Last date of online registration is February 15, 2025. The Score of NCHM JEE is accepted by all the affiliated Institutes for admission to the B.Sc. (HHA) Course in their respective Institutes. The Exam is conducted by NTA (national Testing Agency).

Important Dates 

NCHM JEE Correction window will open from February 17, 2025

The NCHM JEE correction window for 2025 is scheduled to open on February 17, 2025. This window allows candidates to make corrections to their application forms, and the last of make corrections in application form is February 20, 2025. 

Eligibility Criteria 

• 10+2 or Equivalents from recognized university.
• There is no age restriction for appearing in NCHM JEE as per the New Education Policy. 
• Physical Fitness Certificate are require at the time of admission.

Why is the Correction Window Important?

The correction window is a crucial opportunity for candidates to review and correct their application forms. Any errors or discrepancies in the application form can lead to rejection, making it essential to ensure that all information is accurate and complete.

Required Documents for filling application form

• The Date of Birth (as mentioned in Class X Board Certificate)
• Aadhaar Number (last 4 digits)/Election Card (EPIC No.)/Passport number/ Ration Card Number/Bank Account Number/PAN Number/Other valid Govt IDs,
• Educational/Qualification details,
• Scanned clear passport photograph in JPG format (size between 10 kb–200kb) either in colour or black & white with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against white background,
• Scanned clear signature in JPG format (size between 4kb–30kb
• Bank account details for payment of fee
• Velid Email ID and Mobile Number. 

How to apply for NCHM JEE 2025 ?

Step-1:  Visit the official NCHM JEE website. 

Step-2: Click on the “Apply Now” button.

Step-3: Fill in the registration form with your name, email ID, phone number, and password.

Step-4: Submit the registration form.

Step-5:  Log in to your account using your registration ID and password.

Step-6: Fill in the application form with your personal details, educational qualifications, and other required information.

Step-7: Upload your scanned photograph and signature.

Step-8: Pay the application fee through online modes (credit/debit card, net banking, or UPI).

Step-9: Submit online application for future reference. 

What Can be Corrected through NCHM JEE Correction window?

Candidates can make corrections to the following information:

• Personal details (name, date of birth, etc.)
• Contact information (address, phone number, etc.)
• Educational qualifications
• Category and reservation details
• Exam center preferences

How to Make Corrections

To make corrections, candidates will need to follow these steps:

Step-1:  Visit the official NCHMCT website. 

Step-2: Click on the “NCHM JEE 2025” tab.

Step-3: Select the “Correction Window” option.

Step-4: Enter your application number and password.

Step-5: Make the necessary corrections to your application form.

Step-6: Verify the changes and submit the corrected application form.

Seat Reservations

• 15% of the seats Scheduled Castes (SC) candidates.
• 7.5% seats for Scheduled Tribes (ST) candidates.
• 27% seats for Other Backward Classes (OBC) Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) Candidates as per the Central List. 
• 10% of the seats for General Economically Weaker Sections (General – EWS) candidates

NCHM JEE 2025: General Instructions

• NCHM JEE-2025 is an Examination for Admission to the B.Sc. Course in Hospitality and Hotel Administration (B.Sc. HHA) across the Country for 2025- 26 Academic Session.
• Applications of candidates submitting false and fabricated information will be rejected and such candidates will be further debarred from appearing in examinations conducted by NTA
