EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Post Graduate Diploma in relevant subject recognized by the Medial council of Indian. CPS Diploma or equivalent qualification. OR
- Post Graduate Degree in the relevant subject recognized by the Indian medical Council. OR
- Super Specialty Degree/ Diploma in the relevant subject recognized by the Medical Council of Indian Desirable.
- Employment Registration – native residents of Madhya Pradesh will have to compulsorily submit the live registration certificate of the employment office. (issued before date September 20, 2024)
AGE CRITERIA:
- Minimum age – 21 years complete on Jan 01, 2025
- Maximum Age – Below 40 years.
MARKS PATTERN FOR SELECTION OF CANDIDATES AS MEDICAL SPECIALIST:

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS RELATED TO THE SELECTION OF CANDIDATES:
(1) If the number of candidates exceeds five times the advertised posts, five times the number of candidates advertised for various categories/subcategories will be invited for interview on the basis of shortlisting.
(2) The final selection list will be declared on the basis of the merit of marks obtained in the interview. The marks for interview will be 100. The minimum passing marks will be 41% for unreserved and 31% for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward Class (non-creamy layer), economically weaker section and disabled category native of Madhya Pradesh.
(3) Written examination will be conducted if necessary. Different categories based on the ratio of marks obtained in the written examination. Candidates scoring 3 times and equal marks of the advertised posts for sub categories will be invited for interview. The final selection will be made on the basis of the sum of marks obtained in the written examination and interview. In case of written examination, there will be no minimum passing marks for interview.
(4) In case of written examination, the examination plan and syllabus will be available on the Commission’s website mppsc.mp.gov.in from time to time.
