MP CPCT Test A must Test- The CPCT is a standardized assessment of computer proficiency test for recruitment in various position of MP state government agencies to ensure fair and transparent assessment of the candidates. The test is held every two.

CPCT is a Computer Based Examination system focused on assessment of skill sets that are required for regular working in various government jobs. Candidates looking for Government Jobs, will be required to participate in CPCT Assessment and get their score card. This score card will be referred by Government sector recruiters to evaluate computer and key board proficiencies and allied skills of a candidate. 

MP CPCT 2024 Schedule

This Computer Based examination assesses the following competencies through a Multi Choice Questions based Assessment and Typing test:

• Basic knowledge of Computer Operations.
• Familiarity with Computer Hardware and Software
• Proficiency in general IT skills, such as Networking, Internet, Email and so on
• Typing skills in English and Hindi languages
• Comprehension Skills
• Mathematical/ Reasoning Skills and General Awareness

Main Objective of Test

• The MP government want to set-up a common uniform system for assessment of basic computer proficiency and eliminating the need of different procedures and certifications.
• Develop and sustain computer proficient talent pool certified against acceptable standards for computer and key board proficiency.
• To facilitate all the govt. departments and agencies for their relevant human resource requirements at various levels.
• To develop a transparent, fair, object oriented and scientifically designed system to asses’ relevant capabilities of Candidate to refer during recruitments in various government departments and agencies.

MP CPCT Registration Fee

Rs.660 plus GST

Mock Test:

• 1. Online Mock test is available to all CPCT registered candidates from their login Id and password.
  2. After Successful login, candidate have to do payment of Rs 100/- + GST from Online Mock Payment tab.
  3. Post payment, candidate have to wait for 5 minutes(for payment verification) to get additional attempt of new mock test paper in Online Mock Test tab .After every successful payment, candidate will get additional attempt to get new mock test paper.

MP CPCT Exam Pattern

The test duration is 120 Minutes. The test will have two sections and both the sections are mandatory to attempt.

• Section A: Computer Proficiency – This will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) of 75 minutes.
• Section B: Typing Test – English Typing: 15 minutes and Hindi typing: 15 minutes.

How to apply for MP CPCT?

Register to create a Profile on the website www.cpct.mp.gov.in

•  Login with system generated User ID and Password.
• Submit Application which includes filling details and making an online payment.
• Upon creating a profile, candidate will receive a User ID and Password on the registered mobile number and email Id. Using these credentials candidate will be able to log in as an existing user to fill the detailed application form
