Mercantile Bank SCSE exam detailed syllabus and selection process: Tamilnad Mercantile Bank (TMB) is conducting the recruitment exam for the post of Senior Customer Service Executive (SCSE). This exam will test the aptitude, knowledge, and professional skills of the applicants to select the best candidates for their organization. The syllabus used in this exam is divided into various sections so that the applicants can understand the important aspects of banking and improve their preparation. Mercantile Bank SCSE Exam Pattern

1. Online Exam: This exam is based on IBPS standard and is conducted in English language only. This exam will have a total of 150 questions for which a maximum number of 150 marks are allotted. The total time given for this examination will be only 120 minutes.

2. Personal Interview: After the result of the online examination, applicants will be called for an interview which will be held in solely the English language.

Selection Criteria for the Recruitment

The selection process of this recruitment is divided into two stages, which are these:

1. Phase I – Online Exam: Applicants will be shortlisted based on the marks obtained in the online examination.

2. Phase II – Interview: After the exam shortlisted candidates will be interviewed in English.
