GATE Application form 2023 releases on 30 August 2022

 GATE 2023 Application Form is releasing on 30th August 2022. Exam Dates have been released. It is a national level engineering entrance exam. The Gratitude Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is conducted every year jointly by IISC Bangalore & seven IIT’s. For year 2023, it will be conducted by IIT Kanpur. Admission will be offered to candidates into master’s & doctoral programs in the field of Engineering, Technology, Architecture etc. Candidates will be given admission into PG degree courses such as M.Tech/ M.E & Ph.D courses. Qualification in GATE is also mandatory for candidate’s seeking admission in the various institutions.

·         Relevance of GATE exam: The purpose of GATE exam is to test the knowledge and understanding of students they have gained while undergoing an engineering course.’

Candidates who will clear GATE 2022 examination will be eligible to take admissions into IITs, NITs, IIITs and other participating institutes to pursue M.Tech.


Who is eligible to fill in the GATE 2022 application form?

The candidates should be citizens of India and must have completed or must be in their pre-final or final year of Bachelor degree in Engineering/Bachelor degree in Technology or Postgraduate (M.Sc) degree in any relevant science subject

Who will conduct GATE 2022?

IIT Kanpur will conduct GATE 2023 on behalf of the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD). GATE 2022 will be administered jointly by IISc Bangalore and Seven IIT.
