The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced the Schedule for Karnataka PGCET Exam 2025. The Registration Process will commence from April 24, 2025. The Last date of Online Registration is May 10, 2025. The PGCET is a gateway exam for admission to postgraduate courses such as MBA, MCA, ME, MTech, and M. Arch in Karnataka. The Exam will be held for ME / MTech. / M Architecture on May 31, 2025 and for MCA / MBA on June 22, 2025. Candidates who wish to pursue these courses must apply online within the stipulated timeframe. The exam is expected to be held in a computer-based test format, and candidates will be allotted seats based on their merit and preference.

Karnataka PGCET 2025: GATE Score Benefits
- For receiving GATE Scholarship, a candidate must have a valid GATE Score.
- Candidates with valid GATE score, opting seats under Sponsored Quota, are not entitled for GATE stipend.
- SC/ST/OBC candidates with valid GATE Score claiming any other scholarship from Government of Karnataka / India are not entitled for GATE Scholarship.
- Candidates with valid GATE score opting for seat under Part-Time M.E. / M.Tech Program are not entitled for GATE stipend.
- Applications for GATE scholarship from AICTE will be processed by the respective colleges where the candidates take admission and KEA has no responsibility in getting GATE scholarship to them.
Karnataka PGCET 2025: Require Documents to uploading at the time Registration Process
- SSLC / 10th standard Marks Card of the candidate
- 2nd PUC / 12th standard Marks Card of the candidate.
- Degree marks cards of all the years / semesters of the candidate.
- Degree Certificate / Provisional Degree Certificate (Course Completion certificate will not be accepted).
- If claiming reservation benefits:- Caste / Caste Income Certificate issued by Tahsildar- For SC / ST in Form-D, Category-I in form E and 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B in Form F., [Caste Certificate or Caste Income Certificate or Income Certificate should be in the name of the candidate only] along with –
- (a) a certificate for either of the parent having studied for at least 7 years in Karnataka from the Head of the educational institution where he / she had studied.
b) the candidate’s study certificate for having studied Qualifying Examination in Karnataka issued by the head of the educational institution.

Step-2: Click on the “PGCET 2025” link on the homepage.
Step-3: Click on the “New User? Register Here” button and fill in the registration form with the required details.
