JoSAA Counselling 2024: Round 1 Out on josaa.nic.in, here’s how to check

JoSAA Counselling 2024: The authority announced the tentative date of the JoSAA 2024 registration process. JoSAA Registration process 2024 will begin tentatively on June 10, 2024, in an online mode. The JoSAA Counselling 2024 registration link will be updated at josaa.nic.in and also here. The detailed notification will be released later by the authority regarding the JoSAA 2024 online counselling. Those candidates who qualify for the JEE Main exam will be able to participate in the JoSAA 2024 counselling. The JEE Main 2024 counselling dates will be updated on its official website. The authorities will conduct the JoSAA 2024 counselling in six rounds for seat allotment. 

JosAA Counselling 2024 Round 1

Candidates who will be allotted seats in each round of JoSAA 2024 counselling will be required to choose from the options Freeze, Float, or Slide. Candidates who opt for the freeze option will be required to complete the reporting process before the prescribed deadline. Candidates who will not be allotted seats during the JoSAA 2024 seat allotment rounds will get a chance to enrol in the NIT+ system through CSAB counselling in 2024.

The NTA successfully conducted the JEE Main 2024 January and April Session. Candidates who qualify for JEE Main and/or JEE Advanced will only be allowed to participate in JoSAA 2024. The JoSAA 2024 seat allotment result will be released in online mode after every round. Candidates will be allotted seats according to their merit, preferences, and availability of seats.
