The Applicant should be an Indian citizen
You have qualified in the NEET UG 2024 exam conducted by
JIPMER BSc Nursing and Allied Courses Age Criteria
Yours age is 17 years (completed the age of 17 years on or before 31st December 2024), the year of his/her admission to the 1 st year BSc Courses, i.e. they should have been born on or before 01-01-2008. (Request for relaxation from the prescribed age limit will not be considered for any category of applicants).
There is no upper age limit.
Qualifying Examination
- You have passed 10+2 with subject comprising Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Botany & Zoology (which shall include practical tests in these subjects) and with English at a level not less than the core course for English as prescribed by the National Council of Educational Research and Training after introduction of the 10+2+3 educational structure as recommended by the National Committee on Education.
Or
- you must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry,Biology /Botany & Zoology and English individually.
Further, Candidates belonging to Unreserved / Economically Weaker Sections categories must have obtained a minimum of 50%marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry,Biology/Botany&Zoologyat the qualifying examination
PwBD candidates in Unreserved / Economically Weaker Sections categories, the minimum marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Botany &Zoologytakentogether in the qualifying examination is 45%.
For Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribe or Other Backward Classes must have obtained a minimum of 40% marks in the subjects of Physics,Chemistry,Biology/Botany&Zoologytaken together in the qualifying examination.
