The notification is released for conducting the JEE Cup 2024 Exam. The registration process has been started from January 15, 2025. The JEE CUP Exam will be held on May 20 to 28, 2025. JEECUP is a state-level entrance examination for admission to various diploma and post-diploma programs in engineering, technology, and management fields offered by polytechnic institutions in Uttar Pradesh. Why is JEE CUP exam conducted?
This exam is conducted to offer admission Through JEECUP, students will be provided admission into Engineering, Pharmacy, Technology and other diploma courses. This is conducted by Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh.

JEE CUP 2025: Educational Qualifications
- For Engineering/ Technology Diploma: You have passed the 10th level with an aggregate of 35% marks. 50% marks in each of Math, Physics and Chemistry subjects.
- For Agriculture Engineering – 10th with Agriculture Subject with secure minimum of 35% marks. 50% marks in each of Math, Physics and Chemistry subjects.
- For Diploma in Pharmacy: 10+2 level with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Biology/ Math, subject with 50%.
- PG Diploma in Biotechnology-BSc with Biology/Chemistry/Biochemistry
- Diploma in Engineering-Passed 10 with agriculture subject with 35 % or 12 passed with agriculture subject
- For Lateral Entry in Engineering/ Technology Diploma – you have passed 12th level OR 12th level with vocational/ technical subjects OR ITI trade (2 years). Students must have passed with 40% marks each in PCM subjects and 60% marks in engineering subject (civil, mechanical, electronics, etc.)
JEE CUP 2025: Age Criteria
The age of the applicant should be a minimum of 14 years as of 1st July 2023. There is no upper age limit prescribed to apply.

- Exam Mode – Pen and Paper (offline) mode for Group A & E and in online mode for Group B to I & K1 to K8.
- Number of questions – The Total of 100 questions in the paper.
