ISI BSDS 2025 Online Process

ISI BSDS online registration Date has been extended. Now Registration process will begin form April 30, 2025 Instead of April 04, 2025.

ISI BSDS 2025 Online Process, Starts on April 30, 2025: The Indian Statistical Institute (ISI) is an institution known for its excellence in statistical research, education, and applications. The institute has announced the online application process for the Bachelor of Statistics and Bachelor of Mathematics (BSDS) 2025 program.

ISI BSDS 2025: Registration Dates

Motive of this Program

This is a 4-Year Programme on Statistical Data Science that Focuses on Statistical methodologies, with emphasis on statistical machine learning, computational statistics, and data analytics. The focus will be on applications of statistics in industry and different branches of sciences, with knowledge and understanding of statistics and probability.

Course Exit Option

There is an exit option after three years. Students leaving the program after successful completion of the third year will receive the Bachelor of Statistical Data Science degree but without the honors designation.

The Extra Year of Course Works

For students who want to year more after completing a four-year course then the Option is available there. Students competing in the four-year BSDS (Hons) Program can opt for an extra year of coursework, and those successfully completing the five-year program will receive the Integrated Masters Degree in Statistical Data Science.

Program Offers Centers Name

The program will be concurrently offered in three centers of the institute namely, Kolkata, Delhi, and Bengaluru. The courses will be taught in the hybrid mode with the teacher being present in one of the Centres and the other centres connected by video conferencing.

ISI BSDS 2025: Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates should have completed or be appearing for the final examination of the 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent from a recognized board. (In Years 2024 – 25).
• With mathematics/Applied Mathematics and English as Subjects of study.
• With minimum marks aggregate of 75% in academic qualification.

The application process for ISI BSDS 2025 will be entirely online. Follow these steps to apply:

• Step 3: Register using a valid email ID and mobile number.
• Step 4: You will receive an activation link via email to verify your registration.
• Step 5: Log in to your account.
• Step 6: Fill in personal details, educational qualifications, and contact information.
• Step 7: Upload scanned copies of required documents, including passport-sized photographs, signatures, and academic certificates.
• Step 8: Candidates must pay the application fee online through credit card, debit card, or net banking.
• Step 9: Click the “Submit” button to complete the application process.
• Step 10: Download and print the application confirmation page.

Selection Process for ISI BSDS 2025

Admission to the BSDS 2025 program is based on a written examination and interview:

• Written Test: The ISI Admission Test consists of questions based on Mathematical Aptitude.
• Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview round to assess their problem-solving skills and mathematical abilities.
