IOCL Trade Apprentice 2025 for SR: 200 Vacancies, No Exam – Apply Before Feb 16

Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has Announced the registration process for Trade Apprentice positions in the Southern Region. The Registration Process is ongoing and the last date of Online registration is February 16, 2025. A total of 200 vacancies will be filling through this apprentice trainee recruitment process.  This forms will be filled up for Disciplines Includes Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation etc. Eligible candidates must possess a Class 10th certificate with a minimum 50% score and a relevant ITI certificate/ 3 years Diploma/ Graduation degree. This Application will be filled in Southern States of Indian Includes Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.

IOCL Trade Apprentice 2025 for SR – Registration Dates  

IOCL Trade Apprentice 2025 for SR Important Educational Qualifications 

• For trade Apprentice – 10^th + ITI (2 year). with minimum 50% marks. (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• For Technician Apprentice – 3 years Regular Full Time Diploma with minimum 50% marks. (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Graduate Apprentice – Regular full time Graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% marks. (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).

IOCL Trade Apprentice 2025 for SR Important Age Criteria 

Minimum Age – 18 Years.

Maximum Age – 24 Years as on Jan 31, 2025

IOCL Trade Apprentice 2025 for SR Important Duration of Apprentices Training 

• Duration of Course – 12 Months 

IOCL Trade Apprentice 2025 for SR Important Selection Process

• Candidates Must be registered on NAPS/ NATS Portal and applying against the notification shall be considered for selection process. 
• There will be no written Test/ Interview. 

Require Documents to apply 

• 10^th Class/ SSLC / Matriculation Certificate/ Marks sheet issued by the concerned education board as proof of document will be accepted for verification of Date of Birth. 
• Latest caste certificate (not more than 12^th month old from January 31, 2025).
• Certificate from the Institute stating that the Candidate has pursued through regular mode and the year of passing. 
• Semester-wise / Year-wise mark sheets of ITI (NCVT/ SCVT) / HSC/ Graduation/Diploma in Engineering.
• Final ITI (NCVT/ SCVT) Certificate/HSC/Graduation/Diploma in Engineering issued by the respective Board / Authority/ Institute.
• Copy of first page of Bank passbook of Aadhaar seed account, Aadhar card, PAN Card, cancelled cheque leaf.
• Pre-Engagement medical fitness certificate.

Other Recruitment Documents 

• Candidate should have a PAN Card
• Candidate should have an Aadhaar Card. 
• Candidate should have a Bank Account & Cheque Book with their names printed.
• Candidate should have a bank account seeded to his/her Aadhaar Number and the account to be enabled for DBT.
• Candidates should check if their bank account is Aadhaar seeded using the following link: https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/ 
• Candidates should check if their bank account is enabled for Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) using the following link: https://www.npci. org.in/ and check the status under consumer tab of the link.

Step-6: Click on the “Apply Online” link

Step-7: Fill in the online application form with personal and educational details.

Step-8: Upload scanned copies of required documents (photograph, signature, etc.)

Step- 9: Pay the application fee (if applicable) through online mode (debit card, credit card, net banking, etc.)

Step-10: Review the application form carefully.

Step-11: Click on the “Submit” button to submit the application.
