Information Related to Examination Centre

1. The Examination will be conducted at venuew given in the respective call letters.
2. NO request for change of centre/ venue/ date/session for examination shall be entertained.
3. Export-Import Bank of India, however, reserves the right to cancel any of the examination centres and / or add some other centres, at its discretion, depending upon the number of candidates, administration feasibility, etc.
4. Export – Import Bank of India also reserves the right to allot the candidates to any centre other than the one he/she has opted for. 
5. Candidates will appear for the examination at an examination centre at his/her own risks and expenses and Exports- Import Bank of India will not be responsible for any injury, expense or losses etc. of any n ature.
6. The EXIM Bank recruitment test not allowed to candidate to take any un necessary thing during test at examination centre.
7. Choice of centre once exercised by the candidate will be final. If sufficient number of candidates do not opt for a particular centre for examination OR if the number of candidates is more than the capacity available for exam for a centre, EXIM Bank of India reserves the right to  allot any other centre to the candidates. 

Selection Process

The selection process for the Management Trainee (MT) position involves two key stages:

• Written Test (100 marks)  –  The written exam, held at various centers across major cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, and Hyderabad, assesses candidates on their professional knowledge, finance skills, and general aptitude. 
• Personal Interview (100 Marks) –  Candidates who clear the written test will move to the interview stage, which evaluates their practical understanding of trade finance and personal aptitude for leadership roles in a banking environment.

Final Selection

The final selection will depend on the cumulative performance of candidates in both the written test and interview rounds. The interview stage is essential as it assesses soft skills, problem-solving ability, and overall suitability for the role.

What is Process After the EXIM Bank MT Result Declaration 

Shortlisted candidates will receive interview call letters with details of the venue and date for the personal interview. It is necessary l for candidates to bring all necessary documents, including:

• Valid ID proof
• Academic certificates and mark sheets
• Caste or category certificates (if applicable)
• Proof of prior work experience (if required)

Salary 

Upon successful completion of both stages, selected candidates will undergo a one-year training program. During this period, they will receive a stipend of ₹65,000 per month. The training program is designed to familiarize them with the bank’s operations, including trade finance, project finance, and export credit schemes​
