IIFT 2025 – The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) is a premier institution in India, known for its excellence in business education and research in international trade. Each year, thousands of aspirants apply for the MBA (International Business) program offered by IIFT, making it one of the most competitive entrance processes in the country. The application process for IIFT 2025 will be commenced in the month of November, 2024.

 IIFT Provides Two Full time MBA Programs:

1. MBA (IB)
2. MBA (BA)

SELECTION BASED:

• The IIFT IB and MBA (MBA International Business and MBA Business Analytics Programs) admission is done based on the CAT scores met by the applicants.
• Shortlisted candidates called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview Rounds for final selection.

IIFT 2025 Important Dates

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the IIFT MBA (International Business) program, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Bachelor’s degree (3-years duration) in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwD candidates).
2. Both Indian nationals and foreign nationals can apply. Foreign nationals and NRIs can apply through CAT scores.

AGE CRITERIA:

• Age Limit: There is no age limit for applying to the IIFT MBA (IB) program.

Application Fee

MARKING SCHEME:

• Mode of Exam – CBT (Computer Based Test)
• Medium of Exam – English Medium
• Duration of Test – 2 hours (120 min.)
• Each correct answer carries 1 mark, and there is a negative marking of 1/3rd mark for each incorrect answer.

SUBJECTS FOR EXAM:

• Quantitative Analysis
• Reading Comprehension and Verbal Ability
• Date Interpretation and Logical Reasoning
• General Awareness

How to apply for IIFT MBA 2025

The application process for IIFT 2025 is entirely online and involves the following steps:

1. Open your search engine and visit on the official website i.e.  
2. Candidates need to register on the official IIFT website by providing their basic details such as name, email ID, and mobile number. Upon successful registration, candidates will receive login credentials.
3. After logging in, candidates must fill in their personal, academic, and professional details. They will also need to upload scanned copies of their photograph and signature as per the specified format and size.
4. Candidates must select their preferred exam centers from the list provided. The final allocation of the exam center will be based on availability.
5. The application fee for General/OBC candidates is INR 2,500, while for SC/ST/PwD candidates, it is INR 1,000. The fee can be paid online using a debit/credit card or net banking.
6. After completing all the steps, candidates should review their application form to ensure all details are correct before final submission. Once submitted, no changes can be made.
7. After rechecked submit your application and download it for future reference.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR IIFT APPLICATION FORM:

1. Familiarize yourself with the exam pattern and types of questions asked in previous years’ papers.
2. Practice managing your time efficiently to ensure you can attempt all sections within the given duration.
3. Regularly take mock tests to assess your preparation level and identify areas for improvement.
4. Keep abreast of current affairs and general knowledge, as this is a significant part of the General Awareness section.
