IIFCL Assistant Manager Recruitment 2024: Salary
- Selected Candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs. 44500/- p.m.
- In the pay scale of Rs. 44500 – 2500 (4) – 54500 -2850 (7) – 74450 – EB -2850 (4) – 85850 – 3300 (1) – 89150 (17 Years) applicable to Officers in Grade A and they will also be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Grade Allowance, Local Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Family allowance, Special Allowance etc. as per rules in force from time to time.

- Online Examination (Phase- I)
- Interview – Technical and Behavior Check (Phase – II)
Exam pattern Phase -I
In Phase – 1 Consist two test papers i.e. Test- 1 and Test – 2.
- This will comprise a single paper for 200 marks. Depending on the number of candidates, the examination may be held in multiple shits and on some other days also.
- The toral duration of Test -1 and Test – 2 is 2 hours (Each test duration is 1 hour).
