Candidates who have already registered on the portal can log in by entering their user ID and password. If candidates face any difficulty in logging, they can approach the regional center to reset their account/or update their email ID or Mobile number.

The next step is to pay the fee. Candidate can make the payment through their card/net banking. Another option for making payment is UPI including BHIM App. International students may use online payment options available to them.
IGNOU re-registration 2024 advises the students not to wait for the last for application submission of their Re-Registration form.
If the payment is not updated, students should not hurry up in making another try to make the payment. IGNOU advises the students to wait for a day check the payment status and then decide.
If the students make payment two times for the same application, one of the payments shall be refunded.
It is of utmost importance for the students to obtain a printout of the form submitted and payment confirmation if they are doing this exercise from some cyber café
