ICSI new crash course on NEW Laws-ICSI introduced crash Course on three new laws- The government has implemented three new law BNS,BNSS and BSA. To familiriaze these three laws Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has started the crash courses.

The new law replaces the age old IPC. This is good initiative by ICSI in this regard.

The ICSI initiative is to keep the knowledge and skills of members updated on the changing legal arena of our country, The Institute of Company Secretaries of India is announcing a Crash Course on BNS, BNSS and BSA.

  • Application form started on July 5
  • Application Deadline: July 26, 2024
  • Course Duration: July 29, 2024, to August 2, 2024
  • Online Assessment: August 16-17, 2024
  • Course fee Rs.3000 + 18% GST

Course

  • Mode: Online live webinars via the ICSI’s Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Sessions: Five live sessions, each lasting two hours
  • Materials: All session recordings, PPTs, and other materials used will be available on the LMS for one year.
  • Participants will need to pass a Multiple-Choice Question (MCQ) based assessment at the end of the course.

ASSESSMENT MODE: MCQ based online assessment at your respective doorsteps. No negative marking. Total 50 MCQ based questions all are compulsory. Each question is of 2 marks. To qualify assessment minimum 50% marks required.

  3.  Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam Introduction and Key Provisions Key Difference from Indian Evidence Act Law Applicability with emphasis on commercial & economic activities
