ICSI CSEET 2025 registration is closing for CS Course: The registration is closing on 15 April 2025 for admission. Candidates interested in pursuing this course and want appear for the exam can apply through the official website, icsi.edu. The exam will be held in remote proctored mode on May 3, 2025.
It is to be kept in mind that CSEET is the entry-level exam for admission to the Company Secretary (CS) course. The examination is held four times a year, in January, May, July, and November. The CS qualification is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) as equivalent to a postgraduate degree.
Any stream students can apply provided the candidate has passed or is appearing in their Class 12 exams are eligible to apply for the CSEET.
The candidates with following conditions are exempted from taking the entrance test:
- Candidates who have cleared the CS Foundation Programme.
- Final-passed students of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI).
- Graduates with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Postgraduates from any stream.
Such candidates can directly enrol in the CS Executive Programme.

Step 2. You are on the homepage look for the link to register for CSEET.
Step 3. Now register yourself on the portal and fill out the form as guided.
Step 4. Upload the required documents and pay the applicable registration fee.
Step 5. Submit the form and download a copy of the confirmation page for future reference.
