HPCL Engineer Professional 2024: Probation
The Selected Officers will be on Probation for one year from the date of joining. Upon Successful Completion of the Probation Period, the officer will be considered for confirmation as per company policy.
HPCL Engineer Professional 2024: Retention Amount
An Amount of Rs. 3, 000/- per month will be given as retention amount for E0 and an amount of Rs. 5,000/- per month will be earmarked as retention amount for E1 & E2 from the total emoluments during the probation Period/ Extended Probation Period.
