Gujarat D.El.Ed Admission 2025

The admission process for Gujarat D.EI.ED (Diploma in Elementary Education) 2025 will begin in July-August 2025. This course provides a diploma in primary education, aimed at adequately preparing primary school teachers. The admission process for this course is conducted by the Directorate of Primary Education in Gujarat. It is mandatory for every candidate to have at least 50% marks in the 12th grade. Only those candidates whose names appear in the merit list published will proceed to the counseling phase of the process. Document verification will be done before your admission to the course, and then the fee must be paid to confirm your admission. Gujarat D.El.Ed Admission 2025: Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed 10+2 from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST categories).
  • Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 35 years old.

  • Online Registration: Candidates need to visit the official website gujarat-education.gov.in to fill out the application form.
  • Required Documents:
    • 10th and 12th mark sheets
    • Domicile/Residence Certificate
    • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
    • Passport-sized photographs
    • Signature

Admission Process:

  • Entrance Exam: Admission is based on the Primary Teacher Certificate (PTC) Gujarat DElEd entrance exam.
  • Merit List: The merit list will be prepared based on the entrance exam scores and educational qualifications. Candidates will be called for counseling based on their rank.
  • Counseling: During counseling, candidates need to provide original documents, pay the admission fee, and choose their preferred college.
