The National Testing Agency (NTA) has commenced the registration process for the Graduate Aptitude Test-Biotechnology (GAT-B) 2025. The Registration Process has been started on February 03, 2025. The Last date of online registration is March 03, 2025. GAT-B is a national-level entrance exam for admission to DBT-supported PG programs in biotechnology and allied areas. The exam is scheduled to take place in May 2025. Eligible candidates are encouraged to register promptly and prepare for the exam to pursue their postgraduate studies in biotechnology.

About GAT B Entrance Exam 2025
It is an All-India Entrance Examination to test the eligibility of bonafide Indian nationals for admissions to DBT supported Post Graduate programmes in Biotechnology and allied areas, at Participating Institutions/Universities in India. DBT supported Post Graduate programmes include:
- M.Sc. Biotechnology and allied areas;
- M. Tech. Biotechnology and allied areas;
- M.Sc. Agricultural Biotechnology and
- M. V. Sc. Animal Biotechnology for award of DBT
- Junior Research Fellowship (DBT-JRF) for pursuing research in frontier areas of Biotechnology (BET).

Step-1: Go to the official website of the National Testing Agency (NTA) at dbt.nta.ac.in.

Step-3: Enter your basic details such as name, email ID, phone number, and password to create a login account.
Step-4: Log in to your account and fill in the application form with your personal, academic, and contact details.
Step-5: Upload your scanned photograph, signature, and other required documents as per the specifications.
