Engineer Assistant and Technician at BEL-BEL recruitment of engineer assistant and technician-the registration is open to apply for the candidates having a diploma for engineer assistant jobs and ITI from recognized institutions. The recruitment will be done through computer based tests. For this candidates have to apply online BEL will call for written test to those candidates whose application has been accepted.
Another important to remember that a candidates has registered with Karnataka employment exchange and their registration valid till 17 December 2024.
Candidates can also apply for apprenticeship jobs
Candidates will appear for two paper First is General Aptitude and second is Technical aptitude and the pass criteria for Gen/OBC/EWS is 35 percent and for SC/ST/PWD is 30 percent in both papers

Educational Qualification
Engineer Assistant
a) Candidates should have completed three years Diploma in Engineering in the relevant discipline / subject from a recognized institution with 60 percent for Gen/OBC/EWS and 50 percent for SC/ST/PWD
Technician
SSLC+ITI in the relevant trade from a recognized institution and one year apprenticeship training with National Apprenticeship Certificate in the relevant trade or SSLC + 3 years National Apprenticeship Certificate Course in the relevant Trade.
Percent required for Gen/OBC/EWS is 60 percent and for SC/ST/PWD it is 50 percent
Syllabus for the Test
Part I : General Aptitude : 50 marks – comprises of general mental ability and aptitude to logical reasoning, analytical, comprehension ability, basic numeracy, data interpretation skills and general knowledge
Part II : Technical Aptitude : 100 marks – consists of Technical/Professional knowledge Test with 100 questions having specific questions from respective discipline
