The election would be conducted on February 5. There is a heavy rain of promises being made by three parties be it BJP, Congress or AAP. No Body want to stay behind in promises. It looks like a mandi where seller wants more customers.

First is free ride- every male school and college students will also get free bus rides, while all students will be given a 50% discount on Metro fares, Kejriwal declared. The Delhi government has already offered free transportation to all women on all government-run buses since October 2019.
Dr Ambedkar Samman Scholarship Yojana, which will cover the fees and staying/travel costs for Dalit students, who will secure admission to international universities to pursue higher education

A major highlight of the Congress manifesto is ₹8,500 to all the jobless youth in Delhi for one year, along with providing apprenticeships in local industries.

Free education from KG to PG” for underprivileged students in government institutions .
A Rs 15,000 for students preparing for competitive exams, along with reimbursement for application fees and travel expenses—available up to two times per candidates.
The students from Scheduled Castes studying technical and professional courses will receive a monthly stipend of Rs 1,000
The plans also announced for a ‘skills training’ programme for over 1.5 lakh young men and women.
